Bridges Construction has been building homes in the Reno / Lake Tahoe area for over 47 years and during those years we have built over 40 homes for clients.

- Lot Evaluation: I will evaluate a lot you may be thinking of buying for its suitability for a house you have in mind and give you an approximate cost for developing it.
- Custom Design: I work with a design team (architect, engineer) and we can put together a custom design to fit your lot.
- Existing Plans: We have numerous plans on file that may be what you are looking for and avoid the design process.
- Advisory Services: I will work with your architect or designer in an advisory capacity to help control costs.
- Cost Estimation: If you have a preliminary plan in mind, I will work up a “ballpark price” (within 10%).
