Bridges Construction has been building custom homes throughout the Reno and Lake Tahoe area for more than 47 years. During that time, we have proudly designed and built more than 40 custom homes, developing a reputation for quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and personalized service. While custom home construction remains an important part of our business, Bridges Construction has expanded its services to include kitchen and bathroom remodeling, whole-home renovations, and retail cabinet sales. We also design and build one to two custom spec homes each year for resale. - Lot Evaluation: I will evaluate a lot you may be thinking of buying for its suitability for a house you have in mind and give you an approximate cost for developing it.
- Custom Design: I work with a design team (architect, engineer) and we can put together a custom design to fit your lot.
- Existing Plans: We have numerous plans on file that may be what you are looking for and avoid the design process.
- Advisory Services: I will work with your architect or designer in an advisory capacity to help control costs.
- Cost Estimation: If you have a preliminary plan in mind, I will work up a “ballpark price” (within 10%).
